Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a valid driver's license and credit card
• Primary driver must be 25 years of age or older
• Full payment is charged at the time of booking via Stripe
• A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for all rentals

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before pickup: Full refund
• 14–30 days before pickup: 50% refund, or free reschedule
• Less than 14 days: No refund; security deposit is non-refundable after pickup

3. RV Usage

• Maximum 125 miles/day included; additional miles at $0.50/mile
• No smoking in the RV — $500 fine if evidence of smoking
• No pets unless agreed in advance
• RV must not be driven off-road or on unpaved roads
• All traffic violations and parking tickets are the renter's responsibility

4. Insurance & Liability

• All rentals include basic insurance coverage
• Renter is responsible for the security deposit in case of damage
• Roadside assistance is available 24/7
• Damage must be reported immediately to RV We Go

5. Pickup & Return

• RVs are provided with a full tank of fuel, propane, and fresh water
• Renter must return the RV with a full tank of fuel
• Late returns may incur additional charges at the nightly rate
• Free airport pickup available (Cadillac Escalade, up to 6 guests)
• Free secured parking for your personal vehicle during the rental

6. Prohibited Uses

The RV may not be used for:

• Commercial hauling or transport of goods
• Towing other vehicles
• Racing, competitions, or off-road driving
• Subleasing or renting to third parties
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Driving outside the continental United States
