Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RV We Go website and rental services operated by LODESTAR Corp., a C-Corporation registered in California.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Booking requests are subject to availability confirmation within 4 hours
Your card is charged only after we confirm availability
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email
Minimum rental period: 2 nights

2. Pricing

All prices are in USD and listed per night
125 miles per day included; extra miles charged at $0.50/mile
Weekly discount: 11% off nightly rate (7+ nights)
Monthly discount: 15% off nightly rate (30+ nights)
Cleaning fee applies per rental
Security deposit: $1,000 (refundable within 7 days after return)

3. Cancellation Policy

Timeframe	Refund
30+ days before trip	100% refund
14–30 days before trip	50% refund
Less than 14 days	No refund
Security deposit	Refunded within 7 days after return

4. Driver Requirements

Must be 25 years or older
Valid, unexpired driver's license (regular — no CDL required)
International visitors: valid foreign license accepted; IDP recommended
License must be presented at pickup

5. Vehicle Rules

No pets allowed in any vehicle
No smoking — $500 cleaning fee if violated
No roof climbing — $800 damage fee
No towing unless pre-approved
Festival use (Burning Man, Coachella, etc.) is permitted
No tailgating events

6. Insurance & Liability

Basic liability coverage is included with every rental
Additional protection plans available (Standard, Premium)
Renter is responsible for damages not covered by selected protection plan
Renter is responsible for traffic violations during rental period

7. Pickup & Return

Vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time
Late returns: charged at the daily rate + $50 late fee
Vehicle must be returned in the same condition (normal wear excepted)
Full fuel tank required at return (or $5/gallon fuel fee applies)

8. Delivery Service

Pickup at our location (Irvine, CA): Free
Airport pickup (LAX/SNA): From $75
Delivery to your address: First 10 miles $100, then $10/mile (max 120 miles)

9. Limitation of Liability

LODESTAR Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our vehicles. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
